Sale of Shares from Treasury

The following text is in relation to a Sale of Shares from Treasury which took place on 1 May 2026. The announcement was delayed due to administrative oversight.

The resulting share capital figures in the announcement (1232D) released yesterday, 5 May 2026, in relation to a further Sale of Shares from Treasury took into account the transaction below and was therefore correct.

The Company has sold from treasury a total of 230,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company on 1 May 2026 at a price of 280.56 pence per share. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

Following this transaction, the Company hereby notifies the market that the resultant number of Ordinary shares held by the Company in treasury is 24,637,544 and the total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue, including shares held in treasury, is 114,920,697. The total number of voting rights in the Company following the re-issue is 90,283,153.

The figure of 90,283,153 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
